OVERVIEW
We aim to deliver your furniture safely and efficiently. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.
SHIPPING FEES
Standard Shipping:
A flat shipping fee of $50 applies to all orders under $500.
Free Shipping:
Orders over $500 qualify for free standard shipping. However, free shipping does NOT apply to large, custom, or oversized items.
Large / Oversized Items:
Large furniture items such as beds, sofas, mattresses, dining sets, and other bulky items are subject to a $100-150 shipping fee depending on items and location.
Custom Orders:
All custom-made or special-order furniture items are subject to a $100-150 shipping fee regardless of order total.
IMPORTANT SHIPPING CONDITIONS
- Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been processed or shipped.
- Delivery charges are based on item size, handling requirements, and delivery distance.
- We reserve the right to determine whether an item is classified as standard or oversized shipping.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on product availability, shipping location, and carrier delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, or supply chain disruptions.
DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS
Customers must ensure that items can be delivered safely into their home or building. This includes doorways, elevators, stair access, and hallways. Additional fees may apply if special handling or failed delivery attempts occur.
DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS
Any damaged or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will review and may offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.
