PRICING & AVAILABILITY

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order. Inventory is not guaranteed until the order is confirmed.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Furniture delivery may require scheduling. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or supply chain issues. Customers must ensure proper access for delivery (doors, elevators, stairs).

If delivery fails due to access issues, additional charges may apply.

DAMAGE & INSPECTION

Customers must inspect items upon delivery. Any damage must be reported within 48 hours with clear photos. We may offer repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion. Claims made after 48 hours without proof may not be accepted.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

All furniture sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Custom or special-order items are non-refundable. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded, please contact us if processing has not begun.

WARRANTY

Some products may include manufacturer warranties. We are not responsible for warranty claims unless otherwise stated.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including delays, misuse of products, or third-party delivery issues.
